Training Method that Fits You!

Everyone is different. A 'One method suits all' attitude toward fitness simply does not work! This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements, body type and goals into consideration. Creating a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations, I am here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.

One To One Training

The classic training programme. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can jog through the parks together or work out on the machines. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivational partner who supports you every step of the way. You run 5 miles, I run 5 miles. That’s how easy it is. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.

Friends Special

Want to train together with a friend? No problem! I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible, and also reduces the cost!

Group Classes

Within my Gym at St. John Fisher's School, regular group classes are being held and more are on their way including Pilates, Circuit training and Kettlebells to name a few!

Classes are open to all over the age of 16. You do not need to be a member of the gym to attend either so feel free to come down and give something different a go! Classes are normally on a pay-as-you-go basis! Please call to find out what else we have to offer!
