Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can
get exactly what you are looking for.
One To One Training
The classic training programme. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can jog through the parks together or work out on the machines. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivational partner who supports you every step of the way. You run 5 miles, I run 5 miles. That’s how easy it is. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.
